Powow

Powow is a unique, online face to face experience that gives you the power to share ideas in a high quality, controlled environment that’s so much better than your average video conference. The company developed a multi-platform application based on Flash technology that supports a video communication and collaboration on documents and presentations.

During my work in Powow I redesigned the whole application and improved the UX of all user interfaces. I analysed user behaviors and motivations in order to find what expected improvements could be included in the updated version of the app. The implementation roadmap of the UX changes has been presented to the stakeholders and development team.

Also a training centre website has been launched to guide and educate Powow users. It significantly reduced the stress on our user support department.
