Video collaboration platform
Powow was a multi-platform video collaboration platform that enabled users to communicate face-to-face while sharing presentations, documents, and other content in real time. Built on Flash technology, the platform provided a richer and more interactive collaboration experience than traditional video conferencing tools.

- Led the redesign of the platform, improving the overall user experience across all interfaces.
- Conducted user behaviour analysis to identify usability issues, user needs, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Created user flows, wireframes, and interaction designs to simplify complex collaboration workflows.
- Designed a modern, consistent visual interface across the application.
- Presented UX recommendations and an implementation roadmap to stakeholders and the development team, helping prioritise future product improvements.
- Designed print collateral and supporting marketing materials.
- Designed and developed the Powow Training Centre website to help users learn the platform independently.
