UX Design & Development App
Working on the Graphite app was one of the most challenging, but at the same time, the most interesting and rewarding experiences in my career. Making a tool that opens up unlimited possibilities for designers and developers like myself, and gives flexibility and freedom to create web and mobile projects with ease regardless of the complexity. A user-centred design approach of the app is combined with a full database connectivity support capable of integrating client’s live server datasets through the API’s even at early development stages. Altogether this can significantly save overall development time making the ready to go-live transitions smooth and stress-free.
Complete set of tools
- A simplified approach to the rapid prototyping while maintaining a full HTML/CSS language functionality has become a key difference from all currently available software tools on the market. Graphite includes an extensive toolset to work with databases and API’s as well as a user-friendly interface to create interactions and animations.
Advanced CSS Box Model
- An enhanced view of the CSS Box Model has been introduced as a result of the comprehensive market research. The advanced model improves its analogues in Chrome and Mozilla browsers and includes refined visual controls for a complete set of instructions and directives of the CSS.
CSS 3 Grid Layout
- There is no doubt that new CSS3 Grid layout specification approved by W3C last year will become an essential component for building page layouts. So looking forward into the future of Graphite I elaborated a very complex integration of this new feature into the app.
Responsiveness
- Our world is no longer dependent on the screen size of your device, so adaptive design is a key factor in the development of any application. A flexible workspace allows designers to scale and adapt their designs to a wide variety of viewports.
Style Galleries
- A combined user gallery of styles, fonts, images, videos and other media assets is one of the distinctive features of Graphite. I dare assume that this highly anticipated feature would be well received by the designers.
